The Team:

The mission for the People Ops department is to be the support system of the company. Our goal is to ensure the daily life of the office is well maintained. We encompass many aspects of the company, from Finance, Human Resources and General Administration. The department's value lies on the team's work efficiency accompanied by compassionate hearts.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for facility management, including paperworks and other administrative issues
  • Responsible for provision of office inventory, catering, and payment of water, gas, etc.
  • In charge of petty cash management and inventory checking
  • Coordinate fun team and company events
  • Check and recapitulate employee leaves and absences
  • Help out with recruitment efforts  (candidate and interview schedule management)
  • Assist with general HR  tasks such as employee data management and general administration

 

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same capacity
  • Proven ability to research and negotiate with external vendors
  • Know how to effectively use Microsoft Office, email, and instant messenger
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills
  • Meticulous, efficient, responsible, and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside stakeholders and vendors
  • Willing to travel around Jakarta for office matters
