Quality Assurance Lead

The Team:
In Cermati, the Business Operation department has the honour to ensure that the company can deliver their products to the customers with the highest quality service. Having to spearhead the company forward in terms of productivity, the team faces ever-changing challenges as the company adapts new technology. The Business Operation department consists of team members who are relentless, innovative, and agile.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA officers in day to day QA activities
- Understand and enforce a high quality of calls done by Cermati agents
- Monitor all calls done by our agents
- Notice and report mistakes or low quality calls
- Recommend high quality agents for further evaluation by their respective supervisors
- Create monthly calls activities report for agents supervised, and go through calls activities reports done by QA team members
About You:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a QA team lead or supervisor in a financial industry
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Possess high integrity, great work ethics, and is disciplined
- Has a good understanding of banking and financial products
