Having to spearhead the company forward in terms of productivity, the team faces ever-changing challenges as the company adapts new technology. The Business Operation department consists of team members who are relentless, innovative, and agile.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the team is working within the company's standard
- Ensure that the team meets its daily target
- Tackle problems faced by your team
- Lead the team in working efficiently, ensuring everyone is provided with necessary tools/equipment
- Responsible in creating and maintaining daily work schedule
About You:
- A responsible and independent natural leader that can motivate the team to achieve their individual target
- At least 4 years of experience in Customer Support
- Vast knowledge of financial product is preferred
- Passionate in helping to solve others’ problem
